BigRep is a solution provider for industrial-grade 3D printing solutions with HQ in Berlin, Germany; we are committed to delivering excellent products and services to our customers in the Asia Pacific region. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented and driven Asia Pacific Marketing and Inside Sales Support Manager / Executive to join our team and support our channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives and providing critical support to our inside sales team in the Asia Pacific region. You will play a pivotal role in increasing our market presence and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing efforts and sales activities.

Your profile

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Asia Pacific region with channels, including digital marketing, content creation, and event planning
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the inside sales team and partners in the region to generate high-quality leads and opportunities through various marketing channels
Content Creation: Create compelling regional marketing content based on corporate marketing materials to engage our target audience effectively
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing strategies and sales efforts
Sales Support: Provide crucial support to the inside sales team by preparing sales materials and related activities
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / diploma in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing in the Asia Pacific region
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Chinese and English are a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as needed
Experience in additive manufacturing or industrial equipments would be helpful
