Your mission

Independent processing of financial accounting for all (international) companies of the BigRep Group, including:

Posting the bank and cash transactions and reconciliation of clearing accounts relating to cash,
Master data maintenance,
Reconciliation of supplier accounts,
Digital processing of incoming invoices
Processing travel expense reports
Reconciliation and processing of credit cards
Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs using electronic payment transactions
Support in monthly and annual financial statements
Further improvement of (digital) accounting processes

Your profile

You have a good understanding of business model and basic accounting
You are proficient in comm on MS Office programs, especially Excel
You have user skills in Sage or comparable ERP solutions
You have actively posted in an accounting system
You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented
You are a team player and communicate openly and clearly
You enjoy developing processes and tools
Language skills:
- German: B2 / good
- English: B2 / good

About us

BigRep is an international 3D printing company. In addition to large-format 3D printers produced in series, BigRep is continuously developing comprehensive complete solutions for integrated, additive manufacturing systems as well as a wide range of printing materials on an open choice basis. The portfolio currently includes six large-format industrial 3D printers. BigRep GmbH, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Berlin, has offices in Boston and Singapore and, since the merger with HAGE 3D in 2024, in Graz and Obdach. BigRep currently employs around 100 people.
