As Head of Accounting (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our international company with locations in Luxembourg, Germany, the USA, Singapore, and Austria. You will lead our dedicated Finance team and, together with the Head of Finance/CEO, build a scalable, future-oriented financial structure.

Your Responsibilities

Management and development of our finance team and responsibility for all financial matters of our international company
Responsibility for accounting and including monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB)/IFRS
Responsibility for group consolidation
Responsibility for general ledger and intercompany reconciliation
Development and optimization of efficient, scalable accounting processes in a growing corporate environment
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: founders, investors, tax advisors, banks, and international teams
Close cooperation with the Head of Finance and CEO

Your profile

Degree in economics or comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in finance consulting, auditing, or a comparable position in finance/accounting
Strong knowledge of financial accounting
Experience with DATEV, or similar tools
A proven track record of building and managing an accounting team in a high-growth and fast paced business environment
Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of complex business processes
Independent, structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
You have already gained international project experience
Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and a natural affinity for numbers
Language skills:
- German: C1
- English: C1
