Your mission

You will own marketing for the Americas region and the pipeline that feeds our revenue targets. Working closely with regional sales, global product marketing, and the digital technology team, you will turn annual goals into quarterly plans that grow market share and profitability across direct and reseller channels.

You will set regional strategy and also build the campaigns, content, and partner programs that execute it. Success is measured by pipeline created, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and total regional sales.

What You’ll Do:
  • Translate annual targets and budgets into quarterly regional plans for lead generation and pipeline growth across direct sales and resellers.
  • Own and optimize regional marketing channels, including PR, email marketing, digital marketing, and in-person events such as trade shows, conferences, and open houses.
  • Run regional campaigns end-to-end and improve the metrics that matter: conversion rate, cost per opportunity, total sales, and marketing spend efficiency.
  • Adapt and roll out global campaigns, product launches, and product updates for Americas audiences.
  • Produce and manage regional content alongside global product marketing team for our website and industry publications
  • Partner with regional sales on joint planning, sales enablement, and reseller performance reviews.
  • Work with the digital technology team on automation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Expand and support the channel partner program to drive reseller-sourced pipeline.

Your profile

  • Five or more years in marketing, with recent experience marketing to industrial or technical buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A track record in lead generation with strong, measurable ROI.
  • Experience in channel marketing and growing channel partner programs.
  • Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for a technical audience.
  • Willingness to travl approx. 15-20% for trade shows, partner open houses, and other events across North America.
  • Located in the Boston area is a big plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in 3D printing or additive manufacturing.
  • Experience marketing capital equipment or considered B2B purchases with long sales cycles.
